Refund and Returns Policy

FETRU products are made on demand. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Order issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@fetru.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.

Made-to-order products

Because our phone cases are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong phone model
  • choosing the wrong case type
  • changing your mind after production has started
  • entering an incorrect shipping address
  • normal variations in color caused by screen settings or production differences

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@fetru.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after production has started.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or delayed packages

Shipping delays can happen and are sometimes outside our control. If your package appears lost, contact us at support@fetru.com and we will help review the situation with the production or shipping partner.
